"Please provide more coffee in the room. I'm not a big fan of the taste, but it's acceptable. It would be great to have holders for the paper coffee cups available in the room since the coffee is very hot once it's brewed."

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

"Very nice hotel for the money. Restaurant was very professional and accommodating. Food wasn’t really my taste but it was fancy. Travis at the front was very easy to converse with. Alicia was kind to talk with also. The rooms were cleaned and nice. We had the city view with a corner room. Beautiful windows and view. Highly recommend for downtown KC. "
